The wine is clear, yellow to dark yellow colour, with dominant botrytis scent, very pure, elegant with tinges of dry grapes as a consequence of late harvest.

In taste creamy, full bodied.

Semi-sweet taste, well balanced and persistent.

Its cremy texture pairs well with dishes of rich and intensive taste, greasy, spicy cheese, but by far the best by itself, individually, in order to experience fully its power and harmony.

Best served at 10°C.
