The wine is clear, yellow to dark yellow colour, with dominantly dessert-type scent as a consequence of semi-dry grapes with botrytis notes present.

nricht with aroma of overripe or rope fruit and traces of jam notes.

Its taste is harmonious, semi-sweet, rich and full, persistent for a long time with a sensation that alters after swallowing.

To be drank with sweets, desserts, Foie gras or by itself.

Pairs well with spicy hard and greasy cheese.

Best served at 10°C.
