Dominant fruity profile of ripe character with presence of herbal notes. With pleasant aromas of overripe dried fruit and autumn sorts of apples.

Harmonious, rich and full taste that lasts, with nicely embedded mild sugar residue.
Its cremy texture pairs well with mildly spiced dishes and fits perfectly with light and medium hard cheese.

To be served at 10-12 °C.
